1999 Austin “Danger” Powers Ultra-Cool Talking Action Figure v1: “Horny” in Package
Year: 1999
Manufacturer: McFarlane Toys
Condition: Mint condition in mint package
First edition vintage collectable
Yeah baby! It’s the one and only Austin Powers, nearly naked with a chest full of curly hair. Wearing only Union Jack underwear, Austin is totally shagadelic! This toy made the news in 1999 when some found the text on the package and the randy phrases a little too “adult” for children. There were multiple versions. This one has Austin saying “Do I make you horny baby, do I?” on the front, and includes a sexy dictionary, along with a mirror, a martini glass and olive on a stirrer. The martini glass and olive stirrer were very small parts, and removed from later versions because of the choking hazard. A second version was made with different phrasing (see other model by clicking here).
Austin is about 6” tall, and in his original packaging, which is in mint condtion. Mike Meyers provides the voice, which is in the base. The tab has never been pulled on either version, so it should speak when removed, but it’s not guaranteed. (Why would you ever open it anyway baby?)

1991 Super Soakerman in box
Year: 1991
Manufacturer: Laramie
Condition: Excellent condition
First edition vintage collectable
Millions of Supersoakers have been sold since 1990. This is a hard to find Soakerman and the first Supersoaker to depart from the traditional gun design. Soakerman’s arms and legs are articulated and his head turns. The water is pressurized by pumping Soakerman’s head up and down a dozen times or so, and he’s ready to go. He’s 9 1/2″ tall and extends to 12″ with the head pump up. He’s armed with his own classic Supersoaker that shoots a strong solid blast of water by pressing the trigger on his right bicep. See video below.
The box is 12″ x 8″ x 2 1/2″ in very good condition, printed in vivid bright early 90’s colors. Soakerman is strapped into the box in his original restraints. We dare you to set him free! Item was removed from original packaging to put in batteries and for photography.

1970 Talking Crissy Pull String Doll w/ Carry Case
Year: 1970
Manufacturer: Ideal Toy Corp.
Condition: Good condition doll and carry case
First edition vintage collectable
Some girls loved Barbie, but just as popular in the 1970’s was the Crissy doll. The Crissy doll was made by Ideal Toy Corporation from 1969 to 1974. She was wildly popular because of her unique ability to “grow hair” with a push of a button on her tummy, and shorten it with a twist of a knob located on her back. Crissy was designed to be much larger than Barbie, too, at 18” tall. Crissy is wering her original green taffeta dress with white lace trim. This model was made in 1970. The date on her head is 1969, which is the date on all Crissy heads from 1969 to 1972.
Crissy comes with her own wardrobe storage, which is imprinted with groovy artwork of the time. The wardrobe is 8 1/2” x 3 1/4” x 19” tall when closed, and opens up with an area to keep Crissy, and additional room to store clothes and accessories.
Crissy says 12 phrases randomly when her string is pulled. The voice works but is not perfect. See the video below to hear the voice.
“Hi, I’m Crissy!”
“Let’s have a party.”
“Brush my hair please.”
“Please dry my hair.”
“Make my hair short.”
“Make my hair long.”
“My hair grows.”
“I love you”.
“I’ve got a secret.”
“I like to dress up.”
“Set my hair please”.
“Velvet talks too.”

1970’s Brushy the Floating Robot in box
Year: 1970’s
Manufacturer: Unknown
Condition: Very good condition robot
First edition vintage collectable
Here’s a novel robot for collectors or just for fun! Brushy the Floating Robot is actually a made up name, because the package says just “Robot” which is not very clever. Brushy is about 5 1/2″ tall, has a radar dish on his head, wheel gears for arms, and a 3 arm wrench on his chest. His most unique feature is his feet. Instead of wheels or legs, Brushy has (let’s say it together) BRUSH for feet! They’re basically bristles like you’d find on a hairbrush. So how does a robot with brushes for feet move? Flip the switch and Brushy starts vibrating and floating around.. See video below.
The box is 3 1/2″ x 3″ x 5 1/2″ and is in good condition, no rips or tears, just some aging and shelf wear.

2006 Steve Irwin Talking Figure in Package
Year: 2006
Manufacturer: Wild Republic
Condition: Mint condition figure in good condition package
First edition vintage collectable
CRIKEY! It’s an original talking Steve Irwin figure! Steve died tragically in 2006 while his wildlife adventure series was at the height of popularity. The show hilighted the importance of wildlife and wilderness conservation.
ThIs is a nicely detailed 9″ figure of Steve wearing his classic Aussie outfit, articulated at the arms, elbows, wrists, and legs, and his head swivels. Press either one of the two “pocket buttons” and the figure speaks using Steve’s actual voice. There are two speaking modes: Mode 1 speaks 8 of Steve’s most popular phrases. “We work hard saving endangered animals.” “Goodday I’m Steve Irwin.” “Whatta ripper!” “Crocs rule!” “Danger Danger Danger” Wooeey!” “Crikey!” and “What a beauty!” Mode 2 has Steve narrating an adventure, during which he asks for you to help him choose a direction to take by pressing either pocket 1 or pocket 2. It was very unique interactive action for it’s time! See the video link below. The figure has a clear strong speaking voice, and comes with batteries installed. It can speak without removing from the box.
The package measures 12″ x 6″ x 1 /34″ and is in good shape with some light edge wear. See photo details. It features photos and drawings of Steve and the figurine. This figure has all the original pieces, including the plastic tray insert, instruction sheet, and background cartoon diaorama. The figure was only removed from the package to take photos and video. Manufacturer: Masudaya Japan
Condition: Mint condition robot in very good condition box
Second edition vintage collectable
For the 20th anniversary of Lost in Space, Japanese toy maker Masudaya created this 1985 edition of the famous robot from the series. In the USA he’s known as “B-9” or just “Robot”, but in Japan he’s known as YM-3. He measures 4 1/2” tall from his clear bubble dome down to his treads, painted in the original silver, red and black finish. Wind him up and he rolls along.
The box measures 2 1/4” x 2 5/8” x 4 3/4” tall and both the inside and outside box are printed with artwork. The box has a wrinkled lower edge on one side, but it’s in great shape for giving or collecting. The box has a color guide for painting the buttons and sensors to complete the look, although this one has the original finish and has not been painted. Also includes an advertising insert with other Masudaya toys, written in Japanese. Very cool.
