Jeepneys the most popular means of public transportation in the Philippines. Originally made from left over US Military Jeeps after World War II, they are known for being emblazoned with kitsch decoration.This Philipine-made model car is made of metal and feels like it. Has the license plate with the year of manufacture on it. Very solid body. Some of the parts are missing, including the windshield. The paint and decals have some scratches. The wheels are true and it rolls straight.

Here’s a TWO FOOT LONG Tonka fire truck from the early 90’s! It’s made of molded plastic, but it’s still classic Tonka with lots of details and all the bells and whistles, indcluding flashing lights. Push a button and the Fire Captain starts shouting orders to various crew members including Chief the dog!. It even second guesses your moves, telling you not to move the ladder too fast, and when you put the ladder down the Captain complements you for completing the task! Engine idling sound effects and sirens included!
The extension ladder and bucket are missing but can be replaced. The windows are scratched, and could be replaced or removed. Other than that it’s in great shape with only small blemishes.

In the mid 1960’s, it was still common to have real steel toys made in the USA. This vintage 1965 Tonka Car Truck Carrier Transporter is an American classic. Steel 18 1/4” long toy truck, made in Mound, Minnesota. It’s a two piece design with tractor cab and fleet carrier. Very good condition with only minor scratches. The fifth wheel (a plastic U shaped piece) is missing. Also missing are the original metal ramps. Otherwise it’s in great shape and the painted steel looks very good for being over a half century old.

This is the 1980’s version of the Tonka T6. With the backhoe fully extended, this Tonka measures a full 27″ in length! Amazing! It’s mostly metal, with molded plastic front end loader and backhoe. It has all the original paint – not repainted. There’s no rust and only minor scuffs, indicating it was gently played with. It’s in very good condition and will only go up in value.

1984 Tonka Stony Brothers Load Handler Dump Truck

This is a rare find! There are other Tonka Stony Brothers Trucks for sale, but most are rusty, dented, and well worn. This is an unused Tonka truck in brand new condition! And it’s a genuine Tonka, produced before the company was bought out by Hasbro, so it’s built with classic Tonka features.
The dump truck is based on a Chevrolet design. It’s a big 15 1/2” long, 7 1/2” tall and it’s in almost perfect condition with all original parts. There’s NO RUST, no dents, no scratches or scuffs. The body and tilting bed are made of heavy gauge stamped metal, with molded front bumper and flair trim. It’s complete including the tailgate with stamped Tonka logo. The front bumper features a chromed Chevy logo. The windows are clean and clear. Even the undercarriage is in like new condition. All original markings on the truck are in excellent shape, including decals. The truck features soft vinyl 2 piece tires and has a working steel dump box with opening and closing tailgate.
Note on origin: This is a genuine vintage toy from the original Tonka plant in Mound Minnesota. This specific truck was manufactured, purchased, owned and kept in Minnesota for it’s entire life.

2000 Tonka Rescue 88 Fire Ladder Truck with Lights and Sound Action

This is another highly detailed replica of a real emergency vehicle in the Tonka Rescue 88 Emergency Vehicle series. Tonka is famous for quality and detail, and this vehicle features both. The Fire Rescue 88 Ladder Truck has lots of bells and whistles! 4 buttons on the side door activate a combination of voice, sirens and horns, loud and clear as the day it was made. There’s a flashing light bar on the roof, flashing headlights and tailights!
The Tonka Fire Rescue 88 Ladder Truck comes with a rotating water cannon, 2 removable ladders, a 2 pc. extension and a 3 pc. extension, plus a basket stretcher. Everything works great! See video below. We’ll even include 2 AA batteries so it’s ready for action!
The body of the truck is made of high grade molded plastic that almost feels like metal, with no discoloring after two decades. Red and white in color with chrome and black accents. Each side has Tonka markings along with themed fire dept. marks. This item has been gently played with, but is in great condition for it’s age.
The Fire Rescue 88 Ladder Truck is 13 1/2″ long, 4 1/2″ wide, 5 1/2″ tall. Production markings on the bottom: Funrise 1999, Tonka and Hasbro 2000.

1970’s Space Patrol Rocket Ship with Robot Pilot in box

This is a bright, colorful, very cool classic 50’s style spaceship piloted by a classic blockhead style robot. There is no copyright date on the item or box, but it was purchased in 1981, so it’s likely from the 1970’s or earlier. The entire toy is made of lithographed tin, except for a plastic steering wheel and windshield. It’s a “friction” style toy with an internal wind-up motor. Give it a push and it makes a clicking sound as it rolls. The paint job is in very good condition, with some minor wear marks on the nose and one side fin. The windshield is still crystal clear.
The outer box is classic retro artwork, measures 13 1/2″ x 4 1/2″ x 5″. The box is in great shape, with very minor wear shelf wear mostly on the corners. There are no tears or repairs. Photos are of of actual item. Climate controlled storage and minimally handled. Sold as is. Only 1 available.

The Lucky Open Convertible is 8 1/2” long with a multicolor paint job, wide whitewall tires and “chrome” accents, all made of tin. Features “Friction Drive” – Push the car on a hard surface and it the engine revs with a clicking noise as it rolls forward. The hood opens up, revealing a cool bonus- a flathead engine with a real working fan on the front that spins when the car moves. The Lucky is in excellent working condition with minor scuff marks. No box.
